My journal has seen me through many milestones, rites of passage, and day-to-day events. Life, love, loss, it’s all in my journals. I understand the value of using writing as a therapeutic technique. My journals keep me calm, centered, focused, and help me work through stress and anxiety. Journaling is my yoga!

I am starting this website to share my message with the world of how fantastic journaling can be. Here I’ll talk about overcoming the resistance to journal, the benefits of journaling, finding time to journal, and other topics that come to mind. I’d like to explore art journaling, which is a more visual type of journal experience. I’m planning to use this website to document my experience of becoming an art journaler.
