I opened a file on my computer in the summer of 2007 and named it The Joyful Vision Journal. Nine years later – nine years! – I eagerly opened the box from the printer with the proof copy of the journal I had pictured so many times. This is it.
I’m excited to share this book with journaling enthusiasts because I know how helpful it can be to have a special place intended to focus on clarity. That’s what The Vision Journal is all about. Giving you a place to explore your ideas, write stories about what you want for your life, add images to start the process of manifestation, and most importantly, increase your self-awareness about what is most important.
The Vision Journal is not a place for worrying about what other people thing. It is not a spot for giving your time and energy to people who may not appreciate it. And there isn’t room here for too much self-criticism.
This journal can be the place where you dream, shape, and plan for the person you most want to be.
The Vision Journal can help with that.
Grab your copy here and when it arrives in the mail, the pages will open themselves up to you – all you have to do is bring the pen and your sense of curiosity. Use the prompts in the book to get you started on a journey of self-discovery. Or simply start to write and see where it takes you.
Love and journaling,
Sara
